Ningbo Zhongda Leader Transmission Equipment Co., Ltd. was founded in March 1998. Over the past decade, Now, the existing staff have been more than 700 and total assets have been billion. The sales revenue reached 200 million yuan in 2010, ranking the second place in the country. Production and sales have increased more than 50% for three consecutive years. Products are sold in more than 20 provinces and cities and exported to Japan, Germany, the United States ,more than 40 countries and regions. Currently, a new industrial park which has an area of 50 acres is under construction.
ZD is located in Kuangyan Industrial Development Zone, Cixi, Ningbo where is in the south of the Yangtze River Delta, located in the East China Sea. ZD is a foreign cooperative enterprises manufacture which is specialized in high precision planetary gearmotor, brushless DC motor and controller, micro-AC and DC gear motors and small gear motors. Products are widely used in packaging machinery, printing machinery, textile machinery, medical machinery, pharmaceutical machinery, advertising equipment, pipeline equipment, access control systems.
The company has passed quality system and clean production certification of ISO9001 by international organization SGS, , the product has passed CCC, UL, CE, ROHS certification, and won the city famous brand. And was identified as "quality reliable products” by China Electrical Equipment Industrial Association. Brushless gear motor and small gear motor used in automatic doors which are self-developed were named outstanding new industrial products in ningbo, and awarded first prize and second prize for scientific technological advances of China gear industry separately .
ZD is state-level high-tech enterprises, owning a construction of Ningbo enterprise engineering center. ZD has a series of domestic and international advanced production and testing equipment, collecting a large number of advanced mechanical , electronic engineers and other professionals engaged in the design and manufacture of gear motors. Gearmotor’s design development and manufacturing are the company's unique strengths, known as the country's first "digital" factory.
ZD is mainly processing components since 1998,, and has production of Y series motors;started developing micro gear motors in 2001; produces motors for fororeign custom motors and develops DC motor since 2005; exploited k series motorin 2001 ; developed small gear motors in 2007; developed planetary gear and brushless DC motors in 2008; completed the development of high precision planetary gear and a complete set of transmission programs in 2009; developed electronic control, micro motor, precision reducer series in 2010 . In recent years, the development of high precision planetary reducers, stepper motors, brushless DC motors, small gear motors take the place of imported products.
ZD is the first draft-man of national standard<Common technical terms of micro asynchronous speed adjustable motor> ，responsible for the drafting 4 national standards,and has more than 40 national patents. ZD is director of micro motor branch in Chinese Electrical Industrial Appliance Industrial Association,member of the Chinese Gear Industrial Association,member of Chinese Micro Motor and Parts Industrial Association,member of Chinese Micro Motor Standardized Committee,commissioner of the Zhejiang province Micro Motor Standardized Committee.
